A Review of the Evil Within 2 Horror Game on Psychedelics
Horror fans greatly enjoy an interactive horror video game. Rather than sitting to watch a horror film, the gamers can feel like they are the main character. You have a chance to be the protagonists shooting zombies, fighting spirits and discovering terrifying worlds.
Which is why The Evil Within is a popular video game among players and horror experts. Gamers can be Sebastian Castellanos as they fight off disfigured creatures that you will only find in your nightmares.
The demand of Evil Within 1 game has led to the creation of Evil Within 2. This one is perfect for lovers of old-school horror films and fans of the first game. This is why you should join Sebastian on his nightmarish quest.
This story picks up several years after Evil Within 1 ends. Sebastian is still mourning the loss of his family while experiencing turmoil over his battle in the hellish world. But Sebastian decides to enter his worst dreams for a chance to keep his daughter from the Union.
The biggest difference between the second game and the first is that there are more action and adventure. The the first edition was more isolated and quite structured but the second one has a lot more freedom. You can wander around and explore the world, while talking and interacting with more characters and also some optional events that you can engage in.
The the game has many surprising features. For instance, there is a large map that shows you where you are and where you need to be going. The the map includes off-the-beaten paths that you are encouraged to visit those sites. You will find the most valuable resources in these unmarked areas.
But everything doesn’t remain cosy and familiar with the advancement of the game. With time, the Union descends into chaos, the world Sebastian knew turns on him creating a nightmare where he can’t escape. The Union turns into a unique nightmare by unexpectedly and unordinary taking the world you knew and changed it into something else.
The terrors are similar to an LSD, and you may feel the need to take a Rapid Detect Inc urine test after playing the game.
In the first game, Sebastian struggled a lot as it was his first entry into the Union and he didn’t know how to deal with it. But in this second game, Sebastian is hardened and since he has been through the Union knows that he expects to fight off a ghost of monster. He even shows confidence in strange ways like developing a sense of humor and being able to approach challenges with ease rather than being weary like he was in the first game. But he has one goal in mind: to rescue his daughter and this is what keeps him grounded.
Sebastian is not alone in the quest for his daughter. He is surrounded by myriad villains who pose an extra challenge. These antagonists you will come across include the following
He portrays himself as a good guy but deep within he is the evilest character in the game. Hed is seeking Lilly, to kidnap her and use her powers.
Anima is a strange ghost haunting Union’s street.
In the first Evil Within, Ruben Victoriano or Ruvik was the primary antagonist but his presence in the second game is limited.
Laura: The creature was once Ruvik’s sister, but later transformed into a multi-limbed creature. She was a prominent monster in the first game but quickly dies in the second game.
